Tottenham Hotspur will again play Champions League football next season having secured a third-placed finish in the Premier League at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Spurs can be proud of their achievements last season, but they lost to Manchester United in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, and were dumped out of the Champions League by Italian giants Juventus.
Ben Davies has developed into Tottenham’s first-choice left-back, with the Wales international keeping Danny Rose out of Mauricio Pochettino’s first XI.

There is no question that the full-back had some excellent games last term, but there were also times when he struggled to make his mark, particularly in the bigger fixtures.
At 25, Davies is no spring chicken when it comes to football, and some Tottenham supporters, who were not afraid to criticise the Welshman last season, feel that he will never be good enough to star at left-back for the club.
That said, Davies impressed in a large number of his 38 appearances last season, and he also has plenty of support from the Spurs supporters ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
